REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all labels must be attached to the product. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns must be complained by original receipt or gift receipt.
Merchandise returns will be accepted (excluding final sales and gift cards) within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as a pair, and the discount provided to the customer that bought the pair will be cancelled, once one of the items is returned.
The BOGO offer is a certain amount of discount, that is calculated based on the lower-priced item of the pair, and applied to the entire order.
Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will result in a refund of price paid for the returned item minus the entire discount applied to the order (plus applicable tax) to your original method of payment. Please see the return example below:
Example for Returning One Item from a BOGO 50% off Offer
The order contains two items: Item #1 is $40 and Item #2 is $50. The order total (minus shipping and applicable tax) is:
The higher price item $50 (+) the lower price item $40 (-) Discount $20 = Total order $70
If the lower price item is returned, the refund amount will be $40 (-) $20 = Refund $20 (plus tax where applicable).
If the higher price item is returned, the refund amount will be $50 (-) $20 = Refund $30 (plus tax where applicable).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items that were bought online, but we will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your product, you can do it personally at our store located at 2253 Twelve Oaks Way, unit 102, Wesley Chapel FL 33544, or you can return the eligible item (unused, within 30 days), and we will proceed the refund process.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs. This means that your refund does not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, or USPS Priority Mail Express International, or shipping charges incurred upon returning the merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Since we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we strongly suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
